The day after Thanksgiving and all is well.  First off it was an amazing day.  I did not stress (until the last minute).   I had the most beautiful helper in the world, my darling daughter Taura.  Everything came together as planned and it was delicious.  Smoked turkey from my bad-ass grill, all the traditional sides and pies from Nations.  The weather was amazing, no wind, sunny and 70 degrees.  This my baby's is why I love living here.  It made me so thankful that I live in this exact spot. When the sun went down and it started cooling off, my son-in-law Shawn made a wonderful fire in the fire pit.  Also I made it through my first holiday with out drinking.   Sixty days sober my loves.  And it ain't been easy.

Have you ever felt that you are in a movie starring You?  The director is all over the place with this one loves.  There is some comedy, tragedy, horror and love. There are so many characters and it is hard to tell the good from the villains.  It can be confusing trying to see where this wild ride is going.  This is how life is for me and probably most people (at least I am hoping I am not the only crazy one).
